Rollovers run automatically at each new month, using balances through the prior month. Carry-over envelopes keep their money. Reset policies first sweep excess to their configured destination, then fund shortfalls from the configured source.
Funding uses available positive balances. If there isn’t enough, envelopes receive proportional shares; the source never goes below zero. Zero-result boundaries remain in history.
Historical transaction changes automatically recalculate untouched rollovers using their original rules. Editing or deleting a rollover transfer protects the whole month. Undo cancels its effects; Recalculate restores its original calculation and updates later untouched results.
Changes to rollover settings take effect next month. Earlier legacy rollovers without saved rules remain preserved for review.
